Downloading app from iPhone onto Microsoft Surface

I purchased the app for my iPhone. However, I realized that I need to be able to use it on my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet. If I purchased the app on my phone, how can I download it onto my tablet? Thank you.

Mind Monitor is only available for Android and iPhone.
