How can we use the excel output from the app to get a view of the brain in 3d and see which areas are being stimulated?

There isn't the correct data for that, sorry. The Muse only scans 4 positions that at best could form a 2D plane. Any 3D like view of the data would be purely interpretive for art purposes.
