Light assisted meditation

I use flickering lights (stroboscopic light with eyes closed) for my meditation sessions, started a month back.
below graph is from one such session. I see similar pattern while I use flickering lights.

Second graph is my meditation session (breath awareness) without lights.

Any help in interpreting above graphs appreciated. I would like to know whether lights help my sessions or not
