Confirm this is a noisy channel

The left front channel on my Muse shows the data below -- see AF7. I think the electrode is bad (I worked in EEG for many years and have a solid understanding of such signals).
To begin to address the problem Muse wanted me to contact you "to confirm if the noise is an issue with the Muse Monitor application algorithm or the Muse."
Could this be a problem with Muse Monitor's algorithm? Thanks!!!!

Yes. Looks like you have a very bad signal on AF7.
If the front left forehead electrode is making good electrical contact on your head, then I'd say the Muse headband is broken.
