You need just need to power on the Muse. In the picture above, I don't see any lights on the Muse, so it's powered off.

There are no "accounts". With Mind Monitor you can just record data from which ever Muse device you have connected.

Make sure you have the location permission enabled. Some older Samsung OS updates had a bug where they disabled the permission and you need to toggle it off and then on again.

The notch filter will only apply to the calculated absolute waves.

The 1Hz data is a once per second snapshot of the 256Hz data. So, if you drop 255 data points out of the data, this will match the 1Hz data. No. There is 256 times less data, when you record at the default one second recording interval. There's no way to make up that data after the fact.
