Re: Waiting connection with Mind Monitor

You need just need to power on the Muse. In the picture above, I don't see any lights on the Muse, so it's powered off.

Re: Have multiple accounts on one device

There are no "accounts". With Mind Monitor you can just record data from which ever Muse device you have connected.

Re: Recurring problem with connection with Muse2

Make sure you have the location permission enabled. Some older Samsung OS updates had a bug where they disabled the permission and you need to toggle it off and then on again.

Re: PPG Information HRV - Muse-2

Thank you for the video. I'm afraid that you do not have a Muse 2, you have a 2016 Muse which is model number MU02. as it's the 2nd variant. The 2016 Muse MU02 does not have a PPG sensor, which is why you're not seeing the PPG data, sorry! Screenshot 2023-11-09 120138.png For reference the Muse 2 is...

Re: PPG Information HRV - Muse-2

After you tap 10 times, did you get the popup saying that Algorithms are enabled? If not, maybe you were not tapping the right place. You need to tap "Mind Monitor" in Settings and when you do, you'll get a message flashing with a count 10, 9 , 8 etc then Enabled/Disabled. Then disconnect ...

Re: Sampling Rate

The 1Hz data is a once per second snapshot of the 256Hz data. So, if you drop 255 data points out of the data, this will match the 1Hz data. I would point out that you only need full 256Hz data if you're using the RAW EEG to do your own FFT calculations. The Absolute brainwave values are only ever 1...

Re: PPG Information HRV - Muse-2

After enabling the setting and you will see the data in the Accelerometer/Gyro page and also in the recorded and streamed data, but you need to disconnect and re-connect the Muse the first time you enable the setting.

Re: Sampling Rate

No. There is 256 times less data, when you record at the default one second recording interval. There's no way to make up that data after the fact.
